Lakeview's Youth Group is Sponsoring a
Family Photo Fundraiser
Photo Dates: June 14th - 18th
 
 Here’s How It Works
  1. Download a Registration Form and fill it out.
  2. Return the completed forms to Lakeview Church with a payment of $15 (Make checks payable to Studio 17)
  3. The $15 entitles you to receive an 8 x 10 Family Photo.
  4. You will be contacted directly by Studio 17 to schedule your portrait sitting.
  5. Photos will be taken at Illinois State Beach Park.
  6. You will receive a 10% discount on all Pre-ordered packages.

  • The Y.G. will receive a percentage (%) of all packages purchased.
  • This money will be used to help offset some of the cost of Summer Youth Events.
